Professional Settlements, Inc. was formed when I recognized the need for an agency to assist individuals and related companies with the closing process. My 20 years of experience in a prominent real estate law firm enables Professional Settlements to combine efficiency with Personal service.

We coordinate all aspects of the closing process starting with the issuance of the mortgage commitment or a fully agreed-upon contract for sale. This process includes: Ordering and reviewing the title insurance commitment, obtaining mortgage/lien and credit card payoffs and disbursements of mortgage proceeds.

We service all of New Jersey with closing locations in Passaic, Morris, Essex, Sussex and Atlantic Counties. However, if these locations are not convenient, special accommodations can be made.

To further assist you and the Hispanic community, we will make arrangements for a Spanish closer or translator to attend the closing.
